What we collect
Two things. If you fill in the enquiry form we receive what you typed: your name, organisation, email, phone if you gave it, and your message. We use it to answer you and nothing else.
Separately, we measure how the site is used. That covers pages viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, what device it was on, and how people move through the site. It is aggregate traffic data, not a profile of you, and we use it to work out which parts of the site are doing their job.
Who processes it
- Google Analytics, for traffic measurement. Advertising personalisation is switched off.
- Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, for how the site appears in search.
- Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised interaction so we can see where a page confuses people.
- Netlify, which hosts the site and receives form submissions.
Cookies
The analytics tools set cookies. Nothing on this site requires them to function, and you can block them in your browser without losing anything. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our records for as long as the commercial relationship needs them. Analytics data expires on the providers' own retention schedules.
