Airports and tourism retail
Travel retail buys differently. The range has to travel in a bag, survive a customs shelf, price in a currency the buyer did not plan to spend, and reorder without a drama.
Most of that is a supply chain question. A souvenir programme fails on availability far more often than it fails on design. The line sells, the reorder takes eleven weeks, the space gets given to something else.
We warehouse in Sydney and manufacture in the group's own plant, so lead times are set by our own schedule.
