The plant in Dongguan
Dongguan Grand Harvest Gifts Co Ltd is part of this group. The people who tool the mould, run the sample and check the cartons are employed by the company.
Quality control staff work on the same floor as production and hold the authority to stop a run before it ships, which is a different arrangement from an inspection booked in from outside.
Finished stock for the Australian market is held in the Sydney warehouse, so a local reorder is picked from stock instead of being produced again.

Tooling and sampling
Moulds are tooled and samples run on the group's own line, and scheduling them is an internal decision.
Short runs
Short runs are a scheduling decision, because the line is ours to book. A zoo can carry the seven animals in its collection.
Quality control
Staff employed by the company work on the production floor and hold the authority to stop a run.
Ethical auditing
Sedex membership and SMETA auditing across labour, health and safety, environment and business ethics.
Decoration
DTF transfer, sublimation, embroidery, screen print and glow-in-the-dark, all handled inside the group.
Sydney warehousing
Australian stock is held locally and picked for reorder.
