Who we make for
Theme parks, zoos, destination and travel retail, and the promotional trade. Same factory, four very different problems.
Theme parks and attractions
A ride opens on a date that does not move. The merchandise has to be on the shelf that morning, in the right sizes, at a margin the shop can live with.
That is a manufacturing problem before it is a design one. Someone has to tool the mould, run the sample, get it approved, make the quantity and land it. Every one of those steps is a place the date slips if the supplier is really a broker with a phone.
Zoos and aquariums
A zoo shop has a problem a theme park does not. What it sells has to survive being read against the conservation message twenty metres away.
Plastic packaging on a product that funds habitat work is a hard thing to defend at the counter. So is a plush of an animal the collection does not hold, in a colourway nobody signed off.
Airports and tourism retail
Travel retail buys differently. The range has to travel in a bag, survive a customs shelf, price in a currency the buyer did not plan to spend, and reorder without a drama.
Most of that is a supply chain question. A souvenir programme fails on availability far more often than it fails on design. The line sells, the reorder takes eleven weeks, the space gets given to something else.
Promotional distributors and resellers
You need a factory, not another agency bidding on your client.
We manufacture. We do not chase your accounts, and what we make for you goes out under your name. That is the whole arrangement and it has not changed since 2000.
Not sure which one you are?
Most of our work starts with a buyer describing a problem.
